Apple Brandy and Champagne Cocktail
An easy and stylish champagne cocktail recipe that requires only two ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1/2 oz brandy recommend Laird's Applejack.
- Champagne or Prosecco
Instructions
- Into a chilled coupe glass, add the brandy and top with chilled champagne or prosecco taking care not to overflow. Garnish with an orange peel or thinly sliced apple, if desired.
Notes
Chilling the glasses and the champagne is essential.
From here, get creative as it's a great base from which to build. A seasonal twist in the autumn and winter months is to add a splash of apple cider.
